Conflict At Work - Resolve Conflict at Work

Our Focus:  To resolve conflict at work

Resolve workplace conflict amicably and manage change successfully

We believe there is always an ethical and amicable solution to workplace conflict, provided that all sides have a genuine desire to resolve their current or potential workplace issues.  We aim to help the individual employee and management develop skills to resolve workplace conflict issues and to facilitate the implementation of profit improvement programmes and organisational change in an atmosphere of trust, self belief and motivation.

When we act on behalf of an individual employee to help him or her resolve workplace conflict, we aim to facilitate, in an open, balanced and non-judgemental manner, an agreement that is acceptable to all parties without recourse to litigation or employment tribunals, whilst preserving client and employer confidentiality within the framework of British employment law. This process gives management the opportunity to examine their obligations to the employee, or vice versa, and to resolve the workplace conflict by agreeing and implementing measures that are fair, reasonable and acceptable to all concerned. Where necessary, we will also facilitate the process to enable the individual and employer to part amicably.

When we provide management support, we do so with the objective of helping both the process of change in the workplace and its acceptance. Our focus here is to resolve the areas of workplace conflict or potential conflict between the employee groups and management by providing independent advice, guidance with regard to UK employment law, conflict management training, workplace coaching and counselling, mediation based negotiation, and workplace specialised training programmes as necessary.

We aim to achieve, for all parties to a dispute or potential area of workplace conflict, win-win solutions that have been agreed openly and amicably by the employee and management and are therefore sustainable in the workplace.
